Ellen Herman

Ellen is the founder, president and CEO of EB Herman Companies and Herman Appraisal Services, Inc., a full service real estate and business valuation, consulting and brokerage company, specializing in commercial and residential real estate and business valuations, expert testimony for court proceedings, subdivision analysis, feasibility studies and appraisal review.  She worked at the MN Department of Natural Resources several years in the areas of appraisals, reviews, land use and acquisition, negotiations, planning and recreation. Ellen has a Bachelor of Science degree and completed all examinations for MAI (Member Appraisal Institute) designation.
