Emily Deering, Legal Secretary

Emily Deering graduated cum laude from St. Olaf College with a major in Environmental Studies and minor in Media Studies.  In her summers off Emily produced stories for Wisconsin Public Radio, interned as a Naturalist at Houston Nature Center in Houston, MN and was a Secretary at Mayo Clinic’s Department of Family Medicine.  Emily’s love for the environment stemmed from the beautiful state she was born and raised in - Michigan. She is a great addition to MCEA’s staff and brings incredible communication, organizational, and technical skills.
