Megan Jekot, Development and Communications Associate
Megan is a graduate of St. Olaf College with a B.A. in Political Science, emphasis on Social Work, and a concentration in Race and Ethnic Studies.
After graduating from St. Olaf, Megan worked as a Management Analyst at the Minnesota Department of Human Services. During the 2017 legislative session, she was the Legislative Aide for the City of Minneapolis, responsible for researching, analyzing, and monitoring dozens of bills relevant to the City’s 2017 public policy agenda.
In her free time, Megan enjoys going on bike rides, running, visiting new microbreweries, volunteering with Urban Boat Builders, listening to The Current and news-talk radio, and reading TIME Magazine.
