Peter Reich
Peter is a Regents Professor, as well as a Distinguished McKnight University Professor, at the University of Minnesota. He is also F.B. Hubachek, Sr. Chair in Forest Ecology and Tree Physiology in the Department of Forest Resources; and a Resident Fellow for the Institute on the Environment. Peter has a Ph.D. 1983 from Cornell University, and is an expert in forest and grassland ecology at levels from physiology to the ecosystem, and from Minnesota to the globe. He is also an expert on impacts of climate change impacts on nature and human society. Peter has received many University, national, and international awards.
