Alan Thometz

Alan is a senior corporate finance executive with over 40 years of experience in commercial banking, investment banking, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions. He has advised clients in dozens of transactions totaling billions of dollars.  He has worked with public and private companies across various industries as an independent financial consultant.  While living in Beijing, he trained the transaction advisory team of Grant Thornton China and performed cross-border due diligence.

Alan is the independent director of North American Banking Company and serves as a director of Face to Face, a St. Paul-based non-profit that serves homeless children. He also serves on the Finance Committees of Friends of the Boundary Waters and OneVillage Partners.
