Bridget has vast experience representing developers utilizing low-income housing tax credit equity, historic tax credit equity, and governmentally-assisted loans and grants for mixed-use commercial projects and multi-family affordable housing developments.
Bridget is the recipient of the 2005 Commercial Real Estate Women Network's Deal of the Year (National Award) for her work on the $265 million renovation of the famed Sears Tower in Minneapolis, now known as Midtown Exchange.
Bridget holds an A.B. from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota.
