Paige Stradley is a partner at Merchant & Gould P.C. where she practices intellectual property litigation. Paige works with her clients to develop strategies that proactively avoid litigation or that use litigation as a tool to further her client’s business objectives and protect her client’s technologies, brands, designs, and competitive edge, keeping both long-term and short-term goals in mind. With a background in chemistry and environmental science, Paige has always had an interest in environmental advocacy. Although she does not practice in that field, she loves that MCEA provides her with an opportunity to help ensure that Minnesota’s environment is protected. Paige served on MCEA’s Board for nearly a decade, including serving on the Executive Committee as the Secretary, Vice-President, and most recently as President. Although her term as President passed, Paige remains active on MCEA’s Legal Committee
