Rick's law practice spans antitrust law, federal Indian law, and environmental law. He works in judicial, regulatory, and deal-making settings. Rick has served as chair of the Antitrust Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association, and of the Hennepin County Bar Association's Environmental Law Section. He has taught as an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota Law School.
