Juventino Meza

Juventino Meza is a federal litigator and longtime advocate working at the intersection of immigration, democracy, and environmental and economic equity. Juventino was one of Minnesota’s first undocumented law school graduates and has spent over two decades advancing policy and community-driven solutions.

Juventino has lobbied for key statewide initiatives, including the Minnesota Dream Act and Minnesota’s Green Bank, and has contributed to the implementation of the state’s Cumulative Impacts policy through his work with the Minnesota Center for Environmental Advocacy. He is a co-founder of Capitol Pathways, a program dedicated to diversifying Minnesota’s policy sector, and currently serves by appointment on the Minnesota Council on Latino Affairs.

He holds a J.D., with a Certificate in Native American Law and Sovereignty, from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a B.A. from Augsburg University. He is licensed to practice law in the Minnesota Supreme Court, the Eighth Circuit Court, the Minnesota District Court, and the Western District Court of Wisconsin.
